As many of you have experienced, the Department of Homeland Security has made changes and updates to the Notice of Arrival/Departure information and forms that are to be submitted.  Here is a link to the eNOAD user guide.  Even though it is 80 pages long, it is very helpful and clearly notes changes in the record of changes.
